Let students find you. Get your book to more people.
Two stories from the music world: a singing school that fills its choirs from Google, and a producer who publishes his theory book without relying on anyone.
A singing school with choirs in Madrid
The challenge
The school wanted more students for its choirs, but couldn’t tell exactly where each one came from. Instagram? Google? Word of mouth? Without that answer, every decision was a shot in the dark.
What we did
- A new, fast website that opens instantly, on mobile too.
- A dedicated page for each choir and each city, so anyone searching for “a choir in their city” lands exactly where they want.
- Ongoing SEO: steady work, month after month, so Google understands the site and ranks it higher.
- Forms that test themselves every day: if one stops arriving, I know before anyone else.
- Since 18 September, every message records where the student came from.
- A private list with every message since 2019, plus statistics sorted with the help of AI.

A music producer publishes his theory book
The challenge
The book was written. Everything else was missing: making it look good, selling it without middlemen, having a print edition and reaching readers in other countries.
What we did
- The book layout: typography, music examples and illustrations, crafted page by page.
- His own shop with instant payment and download, with no platform taking a cut.
- The print edition on Amazon.
- The English translation, including the text inside the illustrations.

If you teach, run a school or want to publish your work, tell me about it. I’ll be honest about what I’d do and what I wouldn’t.
