This policy explains how personal data received through unmedia.es is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message, plus the date it was sent. If you email hola@unmedia.es directly, the data you include in your email is processed. This website uses no analytics or advertising tools.
What it is used for
To reply to your message and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote. It is not used to send you advertising or newsletters, and no automated decisions or profiling take place.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us on your own initiative. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hola@unmedia.es, without affecting any processing carried out before.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, one year from the last contact. If the conversation leads to a project, the data is then governed by the professional relationship and by the periods set by law, for example for tax purposes.
Who it is shared with
No data is passed on to third parties unless required by law. So that the website and email can work, data is stored on the servers of a hosting provider, which acts as data processor under a contract that obliges it to protect the data. The servers are in the European Union, so there are no international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability by emailing hola@unmedia.es. You will receive a reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Security
The website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is restricted to the controller.
