A backup every day, kept for 14 days in storage separate from the server. If something breaks, we simply roll back.
External monitoring
An outside service checks round the clock that your website is responding; it watches 23 websites today. If one goes down, an alert arrives on Telegram instantly.
Attack blocking
Anyone trying to get in by guessing passwords is blocked automatically, and every serious block sends an alert too.
Forms tested
Every morning a test is sent through each form, checked end to end to make sure the message really arrives.

What does website maintenance include?
Your website sits on a well-looked-after server. I keep it updated, back it up every day, watch that it stays up, block attacks and renew the domain and SSL certificate. The Care package also includes half an hour a month for small changes, such as text, photos or dates.

What happens if my website goes down?
I get an instant alert on Telegram, because an external service checks every few minutes that your website is responding. I look into what happened and, if needed, restore a backup: one is made every day and kept for 14 days in separate storage.

Can I move my website and email to a new provider without any downtime?
Yes. I set everything up on the new server, copy over the websites and mailboxes, check they work, and only then switch the DNS – the signposts that tell the internet where your website lives. You carry on working and don’t lose a single email.

How much does website maintenance cost?
The Care package starts at €35 a month (excl. VAT) and covers the server, updates, backups, monitoring and security. If you also want ongoing SEO and to show up in AI answers, the Presence package starts at €75 a month (excl. VAT).
